The League of Black Women Refund Policy If your plans should change, you may designate a substitute to attend in your place at any time. NO reimbursement will be made if you fail to attend the event or purchase merchandise. Non-paid, no-shows registered by phone, mail, fax, or online will be billed at the full conference rate. If LBW cancels the event, your options are to transfer credit for amount that you have paid to another LBW event or apply your payment to a new date for the scheduled event..
